Alyson Scholl
Attorney
Alyson is based in our Huntsville, Alabama area. Her practice focuses primarily on family law matters throughout North Alabama, including divorce, military divorce, asset division, divorce decree and custody modification, and wills/trusts/estate issues. Alyson also has experience in general and complex litigation services. Prior to joining Summit Family Law. Alyson worked as an Associate Attorney for three years at Maynard Cooper, the largest law firm in Alabama.
Alyson entered the family law field because she wanted to provide support and relief to individuals experiencing legal issues in their domestic lives. Alyson feels blessed to be able to provide legal assistance, as well as emotional and spiritual support when needed, to her clients during the most difficult part of their lives.
Alyson grew up in Huntsville, Alabama before attending Auburn University and graduating with a degree in English and Political Science. Alyson earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she served on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, competed on the Herbert W. Peterson National Trial Team, and was an Executive Director on the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board.
When she’s not working, Alyson enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, enjoying Alabama’s great outdoors, cooking, and attending First Presbyterian Church of Huntsville.
