Lindsey Davis

Attorney

A native to Birmingham, Lindsey’s focus areas has been domestic, family, and criminal law. Lindsey enjoys helping clients navigate the intricacies of the the legal process, ensuring that they are knowledgeable at each phase of their case. She has extensive trial experience, having tried many cases throughout her career.

She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and graduated with an accelerated three year Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and minor in Political Science. While at Auburn, Lindsey was active in her sorority and President of the Pre-Law Honor Society.

After receiving her degree at Auburn, she attended Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Lindsey was an editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and member of the National Negotiation Team. She was a Scholar of Merit in Professional Responsibilities and recipient of several scholarship awards. She also frequently competed in trial advocacy competitions and was a finalist in both the Parham H. Williams and Herbert W. Peterson trial competitions.

Lindsey is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and is licensed to practice in all Alabama state courts, as well as the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. She has handled cases throughout the state and has even handled a case in the United States Federal Court for the District of Columbia.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and three Golden Retrievers. They enjoy exploring local parks and spending time with friends and family. Lindsey also enjoys working with the Spain Park Law Academy to judge competitions and assist in preparing for mock trial tournaments as a former member of the Academy herself.
