Maggie Martin

Maggie Martin is an associate attorney licensed to practice in Alabama and Tennessee, with admissions pending in Arizona and Mississippi. Maggie earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Cumberland School of Law.

Before attending law school, Maggie graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. During her time at Cumberland, she distinguished herself academically, earning CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts, American Constitutional History, and Wills, Trusts & Estates.

Maggie’s background in psychology complements her legal practice, allowing her to approach each client’s case with empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

Outside the office, Maggie enjoys spending time with her two sons, and her two standard poodles. A devoted Boston Red Sox fan, she loves catching as many games as possible throughout the baseball season.
