Michael Tease is a seasoned estates and elder law attorney serving families across Alabama. He brings to his practice a rare combination of legal experience, executive leadership, and a deep personal commitment to helping clients navigate life’s most complex transitions.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, a Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law, and an LL.M. in Elder Law & Estate Planning from Western New England University. He is also a graduate of Elder Law College.
Before founding his own law firm, Michael Tease Law, Michael served for over a decade as a C-suite executive, overseeing large organizations and leading transformational change. His background in law, business, and advocacy enables him to deliver not only trusted legal counsel but also strategic insight and clarity at moments that matter most.
Michael and his wife, Natalie, reside in Athens, Alabama. They have three children: Anastasia, Olivia, and Ethan.
