Charlotte Christian

Charlotte Christian is the founder of Summit Family Law, a divorce and custody firm with offices in Birmingham and Huntsville. She represents Alabama clients in divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division matters, with particular focus on contested cases and the financial complexities that come with them. Charlotte holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law. She is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, a selective program founded by trial attorney Gerry Spence that trains lawyers in courtroom advocacy and client-centered representation. Charlotte writes about Alabama family law to help clients understand the process, weigh their options, and make informed decisions during one of the most difficult chapters of their lives.
